Pets are not allowed to reside in the Premises, unless written permission is granted by Landlord before the pet is moved in. Permission may be granted or withheld in Landlord’s sole and absolute discretion. If allowed, pets may be subject to additional upfront and/or monthly fees, as outlined above. The granting of consent for pets to others in properties under management by Landlord shall in no way be considered the granting of consent to Tenant. Landlord accepts no responsibility for the actions of such pet and as such, tenant assumes all liability and responsibility for its actions.
Tenant agrees that no breeding of animals of any kind shall be permitted on the Premises. This includes, but is not limited to, the breeding of dogs, cats, reptiles, rodents, birds, or any other animals. Tenant further agrees not to operate, or permit others to operate, any breeding, kennel, cattery, or similar activity, whether for personal, commercial, or hobby purposes. Any violation of this provision shall be deemed a material breach of the Lease and may result in termination of tenancy and/or additional fees and damages as permitted by law.
Tenants found to have pets that have not been granted permission may incur financial penalty (including bill-back through move-in date) and a lease violation.
